You may also refer to the instructions on the package.

How should I prepare the crepes?
THAW BEFORE USE. Simply heat and serve. You can use a skillet, oven, or microwave oven to heat the crepes. Naked crepes may be used to make layered cakes, which do not require heating. You can also refer to the heating instructions on the package.

NAKED CREPiNi  Carefully peel one crepe (or more) at a time.
Skillet - 10 seconds on a lightly buttered or non-stick skillet
Oven - Preheat to 350°F and toast the crepes on a baking sheet for 45-60 seconds.
Microwave - 10 seconds per crepe

FiLLED CREPiNi

Skillet - 5-7 minutes, rotating on a lightly buttered or non-stick skillet (10-12 minutes if frozen)
Oven - Preheat to 350°F and toast the crepes on a baking sheet for 45-60 seconds (5-7 minutes if frozen)
Microwave - 10-15 seconds per crepe (1-2 minutes if frozen)

What allergens do CREPiNi products contain?
All our crepes are produced with BARLEY, BUCKWHEAT, EGGS, MILK, and WHEAT (gluten).

Why are there only 9 crepes in the pouch of Naked Crepini I purchased?
Our machine groups the crepes by weight, and the 10" Naked Crepini pouch should weigh 16 oz. (454 g). Sometimes, though rarely, the depositor will make some crepes thicker, thereby increasing the weight per crepe and reducing the number of crepes per bag (usually no more than by 1). We do our best to eliminate this error and apologize if you received a bag with fewer crepes than expected.
