Grilled Cheese Panini

2 small CrepiniⓇ  Egg Wraps with (Cauliflower or Gluten-Free Grains)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, optional
1 ounce (¼ cup) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 ounce (¼ cup) shredded Gruyere cheese or sharp Cheddar cheese



  1. Warm your panini press.
  2. Lay one Crepini on a cutting board. Spread mustard over the base. Sprinkle cheese over the mustard and top with the other Crepini.
  3. Place on the panini press and cook until golden and cheese has melted, about 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from panini press, slice in half, and serve.
