Keto Hot Pocket

1 large Crepini® Egg Wrap with Cauliflower
¼ cup pepperoni, chopped
¼ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
3 tablespoons pizza sauce
2 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons green bell pepper, diced
1 tablespoon sliced black olives


For Serving (optional)

¼ cup marinara sauce 
¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning 



  1. Layer all ingredients in the bottom third of the Crepini.
  2. Fold the bottom of the Crepini over the filling, then fold the sides in. Gently roll wrap once to create a hot pocket-like shape.
  3. Place hot pocket in air fryer. Bake at 400°F until crispy, 8-10 minutes.
  4. Serve warm with marinara sauce (optional).

Tips and Tricks

Assemble several hot pockets and freeze individually. Simply remove from freezer and place in the air fryer (though a few minutes of baking time may need to be added).
