Ingredients12 small Crepini® Egg Wrap with (Cauliflower or Gluten-Free Grains)
6 tablespoons red pepper hummus
6 slices Provolone cheese
4 ounces Prosciutto
4 ounces salami
1 cup arugula
- Place a Crepini on a clean work surface.
- Spread 1 tablespoon red pepper hummus over the base.
- Lay 1 slice of Provolone cheese over the top, followed by a slice of prosciutto, 2 tablespoons arugula, and 1-2 slices of salami.
- Place another Crepini over the top. Cut into 4 equal pieces and place on a platter.
- Repeat assembly process with remaining Crepinis and ingredients.
