Prosciutto, Pesto & Goat Cheese Pizza


Prep Time: 5 minutes 

Cook Time: 5-8 minutes

Servings: 1



1 large Crepini® Egg Wrap with (Cauliflower or Gluten-Free Grains)
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 tablespoons pesto
2 ounces Prosciutto
2 ounces (½ cup) crumbled Goat cheese
1 tablespoon sundried tomatoes, diced
¼ cup arugula



  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 
  2. Place Crepini on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Brush with olive oil. 
  3. Bake until slightly crisp, 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove Crepini from the oven and spread pesto along the base. Top with prosciutto, goat cheese, and sundried tomatoes. 
  5. Bake until cheese is melted, 3-5 minutes. Remove pizza from the oven, top with arugula and serve.
