Ingredients
- 12 Crepini Vanilla Protein Pancakes
- 1/2 cup mixed nuts and dried fruit
- 3 cups coconut yogurt
- 1/4 cut coconut flakes
- 1 cup mixed fresh berries
- 2 Tbsp. honey
Directions
- Warm Protein Pancakes in the microwave for 15 per pancake
- Spoon a dollop of coconut yogurt onto each pancake and top with desired toppings, such as nuts, dried fruit, fresh fruit, and coconut flakes
- Drizzle with honey to finish
