Ingredients 

  • 12 Crepini Vanilla Protein Pancakes
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts and dried fruit
  • 3 cups coconut yogurt
  • 1/4 cut coconut flakes
  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries
  • 2 Tbsp. honey 

 Directions

  1. Warm Protein Pancakes in the microwave for 15 per pancake
  2. Spoon a dollop of coconut yogurt onto each pancake and top with desired toppings, such as nuts, dried fruit, fresh fruit, and coconut flakes
  3. Drizzle with honey to finish
