Peanut Butter Banana Crunch with Bacon

Prep Time: 5 minutes 

Cook Time: 10 minutes 

Servings: 3

 

Ingredients 

  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 6 Pancheesi Banana Protein Pancakes
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 3 bananas, peeled and sliced thin
  • 8 bacon slices
  • 1 Tbsp. honey

 Directions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat
  2. Cook each Pancheesi 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until lightly browned, turning once
  3. Remove from skillet and place on flat work surface
  4. Spread wrap with 1/3 of the peanut butter
  5. Top with 1/4 of the banana slices and bacon 
  6. Fold in half, and in half a second time
  7. Repeat with the remaining wraps
  8. Drizzle each with honey just before serving
