Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 6 Pancheesi Banana Protein Pancakes
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 3 bananas, peeled and sliced thin
- 8 bacon slices
- 1 Tbsp. honey
Directions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat
- Cook each Pancheesi 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until lightly browned, turning once
- Remove from skillet and place on flat work surface
- Spread wrap with 1/3 of the peanut butter
- Top with 1/4 of the banana slices and bacon
- Fold in half, and in half a second time
- Repeat with the remaining wraps
- Drizzle each with honey just before serving
