Crepini Panini

Prep Time: 5 minutes 

Cook Time: 2-3 minutes

Servings: 1



2 small CrepiniⓇ  Egg Wraps with (Gluten-Free Grains or Cauliflower)
2 tablespoons basil pesto
2 ounces black forest ham, sliced thin
2 ounces Provolone cheese, sliced thin
1 ounce salami
¼ cup jarred roasted red bell peppers, drained
¼ cup spinach or arugula



  1. Warm your panini press.
  2. Lay one Crepini on a cutting board. Spread pesto over the base. Top with ham, cheese, salami, bell pepper, and spinach. Top with other Crepini.
  3. Place on panini press and cook until golden and cheese has melted, 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove from panini press, slice in half, and serve.
