Ingredients2 small CrepiniⓇ Egg Wraps with (Gluten-Free Grains or Cauliflower)
2 tablespoons basil pesto
2 ounces black forest ham, sliced thin
2 ounces Provolone cheese, sliced thin
1 ounce salami
¼ cup jarred roasted red bell peppers, drained
¼ cup spinach or arugula
- Warm your panini press.
- Lay one Crepini on a cutting board. Spread pesto over the base. Top with ham, cheese, salami, bell pepper, and spinach. Top with other Crepini.
- Place on panini press and cook until golden and cheese has melted, 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from panini press, slice in half, and serve.
