Grilled Cheese Panini

2 small CrepiniⓇ  Egg Wraps with (Gluten-Free Grains or Cauliflower)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, optional
1 ounce (¼ cup) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 ounce (¼ cup) shredded Gruyere cheese or Sharp Cheddar cheese



  1. Warm your panini press.
  2. Lay one Crepini on a cutting board. Spread mustard over the base. Sprinkle cheese over mustard and top with the other Crepini.
  3. Place on the Panini press and cook until golden and cheese has metled, about 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from panini press, slice in half, and serve.
