Ingredients2 small CrepiniⓇ Egg Wraps with (Gluten-Free Grains or Cauliflower)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, optional
1 ounce (¼ cup) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 ounce (¼ cup) shredded Gruyere cheese or Sharp Cheddar cheese
- Warm your panini press.
- Lay one Crepini on a cutting board. Spread mustard over the base. Sprinkle cheese over mustard and top with the other Crepini.
- Place on the Panini press and cook until golden and cheese has metled, about 2 minutes.
- Remove from panini press, slice in half, and serve.
