Ingredients1 large Crepini® Egg Wrap with Cauliflower
¼ cup pepperoni, chopped
¼ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
3 tablespoons pizza sauce
2 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons green bell pepper, diced
1 tablespoon sliced black olives
For Serving (optional)
¼ cup marinara sauce
¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Layer all ingredients in the bottom third of the Crepini.
- Fold the bottom of the Crepini over the filling, then fold the sides in. Gently roll wrap once to create a hot pocket-like shape.
- Place hot pocket in air fryer. Bake at
400 ° F until crispy, 8-10 minutes.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce (optional).
