1 large Crepini® Egg Wraps with (Cauliflower or Gluten-Free Grains)
1 teaspoon olive oil
2-3 tablespoons tomato sauce
3 ounces (¾ cup) shredded Mozzarella cheese
½ cup arugula
3 large fresh basil leaves, torn
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan
- Preheat oven to 400
- Place Crepini on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Brush with olive oil.
- Bake until slightly crispy, 2-3 minutes.
- Remove Crepini from the oven and spread tomato sauce along the base. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake until cheese is melted, 3-5 minutes. Remove pizza from the oven and top with arugula, basil, and Parmesan. Slice and serve.
