  • 1 Crepini® Egg Wraps with Cauliflower 

  • 1 teaspoon unsalted butter 

  • 2 tablespoons jelly 

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter (or any nut butter) 

  • 1 tablespoon nuts, toasted & chopped (optional) 


  1. Melt butter in a 10-inch nonstick pan placed on a stove set to medium heat. 

  2. Add the Crepini® Egg Wrap to the pan and warm for 15 seconds on each side (alternatively, you can palace the Crepini on a plate and microwave for 30 seconds). 

  3. Transfer warmed Crepini to a plate. Spread peanut butter evenly over the base, followed by the jelly. 

  4. Scatter the nuts over the top (if using). 

  5. Roll into a burrito shape or fold into a triangle and enjoy this fun take on a classic snack!
