Ingredients4 small Crepini® Egg Wraps with (Cauliflower, Sweet Potato, or Gluten-Free Grains)
8 ounces Jack DanielsⓇ Pulled Pork
1 ripe peach, sliced
½ cup fresh salsa
1 ounces (¼ cup) crumbled Cotija cheese
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- Heat up pulled pork according to package directions.
- Place Crepinis on a taco stand (or serving platter), fill with pulled pork and top with peaches, salsa, Cotija cheese, and cilantro.
