Peach & Pulled Pork Tacos

Servings: 2-4



4 small Crepini® Egg Wraps with (Cauliflower, Sweet Potato, or Gluten-Free Grains)
8 ounces Jack DanielsⓇ Pulled Pork 
1 ripe peach, sliced  
½ cup fresh salsa 
1 ounces (¼ cup) crumbled Cotija cheese
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped 



  1. Heat up pulled pork according to package directions. 
  2. Place Crepinis on a taco stand (or serving platter), fill with pulled pork and top with peaches, salsa, Cotija cheese, and cilantro. 
  3. Enjoy this fun alternative for Taco Tuesday (or any day really).
