Prosciutto Wrap


Prep Time: 5 minutes  

Servings: 1



1 large Crepini® Egg Wraps with (Cauliflower or Gluten-Free Grains) 
2-3 tablespoons fig jam (or any fruit jam you prefer)
2 ounces Prosciutto
1 ounce Goat cheese, crumbled
1 teaspoon aged balsamic vinegar



    1. Spread a thin layer of fig jam onto the base of the Crepini.
    2. Layer prosciutto over the jam.
    3. Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese over the top.
    4. Tightly roll Crepini and place on a plate.
    5. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top and serve.
