Ingredients
1 large Crepini® Egg Wraps with (Cauliflower or Gluten-Free Grains)2-3 tablespoons fig jam (or any fruit jam you prefer)
2 ounces Prosciutto
1 ounce Goat cheese, crumbled
1 teaspoon aged balsamic vinegar
Directions
- Spread a thin layer of fig jam onto the base of the Crepini.
- Layer prosciutto over the jam.
- Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese over the top.
- Tightly roll Crepini and place on a plate.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top and serve.
