Ingredients2 large CrepiniⓇ Egg Wraps with (Gluten-Free Grains or Cauliflower)
6 tablespoons savory cream cheese, room temperature
¼ cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
¼ cup thinly sliced carrots
¼ cup thinly sliced yellow bell pepper
¼ cup thinly sliced spinach leaves
¼ cup thinly shredded purple cabbage
- Lay the Crepinis on a clean work surface. Spread 3 tablespoons of cream cheese evenly over the base of each Crepini.
- Leaving a 1-inch border on all sides, place 2 tablespoons of each vegetable in a row across each Crepini.
- Roll tightly (Note: if the ends don't stay in place, you can add a bit more cream cheese to help seal it).
- Cut each into pinwheels and serve!
