Ingredients
- 6 Pancheesi Banana Protein Pancake Wraps
- 5 Cups vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 4 medium bananas, firm but ripe, sliced
Directions
- Heat butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large sauté pan over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
- Stir in maple and bananas
- Cook until softened, about 2 minutes
- Remove from heat and refrigerate until cool.
- Cut the Pancheesi wraps into four even pieces
- Place 2 pieces each into the bottom of 6 parfait cups
- Spoon Bananas foster mixture over and top with yogurt
- Repeat one more time with remaining bananas and yogurt
- Top with whipped cream if desired
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve
