Small Crepini® Egg Wraps with (Cauliflower or Gluten-Free Grains)
Sliced bell peppers
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Feta cheese, crumbled
Parmesan cheese, shredded
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Line a baking sheet or pizza stone with parchment paper.
- Place Crepinins on prepared baking sheet. Brush with olive oil.
- Top Crepinis with desired toppings.
- Bake for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
- Remove pizzettes from the oven and serve warm.
