2 Crepini® Eggless Wraps
2 teaspoons preferred oil
6 tablespoons Just Egg
2 vegan bacon slices, cooked according to package directions
¼ cup red or green bell pepper, diced & divided
2 ounces (½ cup) shredded vegan cheese, divided 



  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. 
  2. To a non-stick skillet over medium heat, warm the oil. Add Just Egg and cook according to package directions. 
  3. Place Crepinis on the prepared baking sheet. 
  4. Top with Just Egg, vegan bacon, peppers, and cheese, dividing the toppings evenly between each Crepini. 
  5. Place in oven and bake until cheese has melted and Crepini is golden and crispy, about 10 minutes. Serve warm.
