2 teaspoons preferred oil
6 tablespoons Just Egg
2 vegan bacon slices, cooked according to package directions
¼ cup red or green bell pepper, diced & divided

- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- To a non-stick skillet over medium heat, warm the oil. Add Just Egg and cook according to package directions.
- Place Crepinis on the prepared baking sheet.
- Top with Just Egg, vegan bacon, peppers, and cheese, dividing the toppings evenly between each Crepini.
- Place in oven and bake until cheese has melted and Crepini is golden and crispy, about 10 minutes. Serve warm.
