2 Crepini® Omelets
1 tablespoon cherry tomatoes, halved lengthwise
1 tablespoon Kalamata olives, pitted and halved lengthwise
1 tablespoon Feta cheese, crumbled
1 teaspoon, diced or sliced red onion
Fresh dill, to taste
- To a 12-inch non-stick pan over medium heat, place the Crepini Omelets. Warm 30-45 seconds per side (alternatively you can warm them in the microwave for 20 seconds per omelet).
- Place on a plate and top with the tomatoes, olives, Feta, onion, and dill. Serve warm.
