Ingredients1 large Crepini® Egg Wrap with (Cauliflower or Gluten-Free Grains)
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 tablespoons pesto
2 ounces Prosciutto
2 ounces (
1 tablespoon sundried tomatoes, diced
¼ cup arugula
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place Crepini on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Brush with olive oil.
- Bake until slightly crisp, 2-3 minutes.
- Remove Crepini from the oven and spread pesto along the base. Top with prosciutto, goat cheese, and sundried tomatoes.
- Bake until cheese is melted, 3-5 minutes. Remove pizza from the oven, top with arugula and serve.
